Latarsha Chisholm, Ph.D., M.S.W.

Dr. Chisholm is an associate professor in the School of Global Health Management & Informatics at the University of Central Florida. She received her Ph.D. in health services research from the University of Florida. Subsequently, she completed an NRSA postdoctoral fellowship at UNC-Chapel Hill, NC. Her research interests include long-term services and supports, quality of care, disparities, dementia care, and implementation & dissemination. Dr. Chisholm's research focuses on mitigating racial/ethnic disparities in nursing homes, particularly among residents living with dementia. She is committed to conducting pragmatic clinical trials that test the effects of best practices in nursing homes to ensure all residents have access to high-quality care.
